Course Description

Big Data Analytics provides a comprehensive exploration of the methodologies, tools, and techniques used to process, analyze, and derive actionable insights from large and complex datasets. Students delve into the principles and practical applications of big data analytics, focusing on the challenges, opportunities, and ethical considerations inherent in leveraging large-scale data. The course integrates the utilization of the Hadoop ecosystem including the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS), MapReduce, and YARN for distributed data processing and management.
